WHAT IS COOKING BETWEEN SHANKAR AND THIS BOLLYWOOD DIRECTOR?

We know that ace director Anurag Kashyap is playing the negative role in Atharvaa’s Imaikkaa Nodigal directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu of Demonte Colony fame. The Raman Raghav director was apparently seen shooting for a stunt sequence yesterday, in AVM Studios with Atharvaa.

Post the stunt shoot, Anurag dropped by the sets of Shankar’s 2.0 and made it a point to click a picture with Shankar and cinematographer Nirav Shah.

Anurag Kashyap is someone who closely follows Tamil films and has a good rapport with directors like Bala, Ameer and Vetri Maaran. He has openly praised their works and has a similar style of filmmaking which is raw and realistic! Now that he has decided to make his acting debut with Imaikkaa Nodigal, will he collaborate with any of his favourite Tamil directors next? Or is he looking forward to push to a grandeur platform with Shankar anytime soon?
