“MY SMALL AMBITION IS TO WORK WITH RAJAMOULI AND MANI RATNAM!”

Editor Anthony, who is known for his crisp and classy editing work in huge films like Ghajini, Sivaji, Ayan, Enthiran, etc. He is currently working on Rajinikanth and Shankar’s 2.0 and is done with Jayam Ravi’s Vanamagan. In an exclusive conversation with Behindwoods, Anthony opens up about his 2.0 and also about his small ambition in the film industry. Anthony said:

“It is completely possible to work on 10 other parallel films though I have Rajinikanth and Shankar’s 2.0 in hand. It is all in the mind. For 2.0 I work with a 3D TV and wear 3D glasses. It is possible to work only 3 hours per session and I have only 2 sessions a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. So it is easy to work on other projects also simultaneously.”

When he was asked what his small ambition at this point was, he said:

“Before I did my first film, it was to edit a song for Shankar sir. But he offered me to do his films. At this point, a small wish or ambition would be to work with directors SS Rajamouli and Mani Ratnam. I hope that happens in the near future on one of their projects."
