ANDAL VARADHARAJAN, MOTHER ACTORS RAJASEKHAR AND SELVA PASSES AWAY

Andal Varadharajan mother of actors Rajasekhar and Selva passed away in Hyderabad after a brief illness. She is the wife of retired Police Officer Varadharajan and was suffering from illness for some time now.
She was 82 and is survived by three sons and two daughters. Actor Rajasekhar is her second son. The last rites will be performed tomorrow morning in Chennai.

Mirchi Shiva has his plate full this year as he’s committed to nearly four films. While Shiva’s Sonna Puriyadhu has been completed and is ready for release, his other project Ya Ya will be completing its talkie portions on 25th April with only the song sequences left to be shot.
Ya Ya is directed by Rajasekhar, a former assistant of Rajesh, and just like the OKOK director he too has featured Santhanam as an integral part in his film. Word also has it that Kaadhal Sandhya will be making a comeback to Tamil cinema through this film as Santhanam’s partner in an all out comedy role.
