RAGHAVA LAWRENCE TEAMS UP WITH BOLLYWOOD SUPERSTAR AKSHAY KUMAR FOR A CHARITABLE CAUSE: “A GOD FOR US..”

Recently, ‘Laxmmi Bomb’ actor Akshay Kumar donated a vast sum of 1.5 crore to his charitable trust for building a home for transgenders. As the organization enters into its fifteenth year, they have taken the initiative to lend a helping hand to the transgender community.

In his Facebook post, Raghava Lawrence wrote “ We wanted to celebrate this 15th year by initiating a new project for uplifting transgenders by providing shelter for them. our trust has provided the land and we were looking forward to raise funds for the building , so during Laxmmi Bomb shoot I was talking to Akshay kumar sir about the trust projects and transgender’s home, immediately after hearing this without even me asking he told he will donate 1.5 cores for building transgender’s home. I consider everyone who helps as god , so now Akshay kumar sir is a god for us.”

Thanking the Bollywood superstar for his support, Lawrence also said that the bhoomi puja date will be announced soon. Also starring Kiara Advani as female lead, Laxmmi Bomb is slated to release on Eid 2020
