AISHWARYA DHANUSH'S GIFT TO RAJINIKANTH

Superstar Rajinikanth’s daughter and director Aishwarya Dhanush has written a book titled “Standing on an Apple Box”.

The book which will mark her debut as an author, is reported to offer never-before-heard glimpses into her own life and of her extraordinarily popular father, actor and superstar Rajinikanth. The rights for the book have been acquired by Harpercollins and is set for release on 12th December 2016, which coincides with Rajinikanth's birthday.
 

“The idea came about one day, to collate incidents, thoughts and memories, to recollect and cherish the many life lessons I learnt from my father. Simply put, to tell a story through different stages and episodes in my life, the highs and lows as seen through my eyes”,  was what she had to say about her book.
