A NEW UN WOMEN GOODWILL AMBASSADOR FROM RAJINI'S FAMILY!

UN Women, the United Nations organization dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women has apparently announced the appointment of director Aishwarya R Dhanush as UN Women’s Goodwill Ambassador for South India.

3 and Vai Raja Vai are the two films that Aishwarya has directed thus far. Apart from direction, she is known for her classical dancing skills. In fact, she has received the Kalaimamani Award for Dance from the state Government of Tamil Nadu.

Aishwarya Dhanush is known for her simplicity. Dhanush often quotes “Aishwarya is 100 times simpler than her father (Superstar Rajinikanth).” She also plays an integral part in Dayaa Foundation which was instituted for the welfare of underprivileged kids.
