Directed by Selva, the shooting of the project started in 2017. The film is bankrolled by MagicBox Films, Vanangamudi features Ritika Singh as the female lead and has Simran, Chandini and Nandita Sweta in crucial roles. D. Imman has composed the music for the film and reportedly, the actor plays a cop in this film.
