Director Shankar's daughter Aditi Shankar has finished acting as the heroine in the movie Viruman directed by Muthiah starring actor Karthi.
Viruman is produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment. Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music for the film, while SK Selvakumar is handling the cinematography and Anil Arasu is training the fight. The shooting of the film started in September last year in Theni. The film was shot in Madurai, Theni and its surroundings for 60 consecutive days.
Talking about the shooting which ended on December 21 last year, actor Karthi had earlier said that he was happy to see the people of Madurai after a long gap. The movie is releasing soon. The recently released single promo was well received. The first look poster of the film that was released for Pongal, has been well received. The music and trailer release of the film will be officially announced soon by the film company.
Recently, actress Aditi Shankar who is the lead actress in this film, is graduated from a private medical college in Chennai with a degree in medicine. She will be next seen in Corona Kumar opposite Simbu. Filming for this movie is expected to start soon. This is Simbu's 48th film. According to reports, Javed Riaz, is to compose the music for the film. Javed Riaz is set to compose music for Simbu for the first time.
The song for the title promo of the film has already been released on Think Music . CSK Singangala is a song composed and released by Simbu and Poovaiyar. This film is produced by Ishari Ganesh.
Director Gokul is all set to direct a new film titled Corona Kumar. This movie is the spin off of the movie 'Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara'. Corona Kumar's character is an extension of the approximately Munchi Kumar character that appeared in the film.
Now, the kuthu dance performed by actress Aditi Shankar for the song "Kanja Poovu Kannala" from the movie Viruman has gone viral on the internet. The actress in a red-and-white silk scarf performed the dance.
