ACTRESS SONALI BENDRE'S POWERFUL POST ON SURVIVING CANCER IS SURE TO MAKE YOU TEARY-EYED!

Actress Sonali Bendre, who has primarily acted in many Bollywood movies including 'Aag' (1994), ‘Sarfarosh’, ‘Rakshak’, Duplicate’, ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’, ‘Lajja’ and many others, was diagnosed with metastatic cancer in the year 2018 and stayed in New York for a few months, where she received treatment.

On Cancer Survivors Day, the 46-year-old actress took to social media to pen a post on her journey. Sharing life lessons from her battle, she mentioned that 'You have to take it one day at a time' and wrote: "How time flies... today when I look back, I see strength, I see weakness but most importantly I see the will to not let the C word define how my life will be after it...You create the life you choose...The journey is what you make of it."

Tahira Kashyap Khurrana, a writer and producer, and Actor Ayushmann Khurrana’s wife, was diagnosed with "stage 0" breast cancer and underwent a mastectomy procedure in 2018.

Actress Sonali Bendre had acted in two Tamil movies 'Kadhalar Dhinam' (1999), where she was paired opposite to Kunal. She also starred in 'Kannodu Kanbathellam' which was released during the same year.
