Deivamagal actress, Rekha Krishnappa, who plays an antagonist in the television serial was rumoured to have met with an accident this morning. However, reports suggest that it is false news and that the demise had happened to another Kannada actor of the same name Rekha. Rekha Krishnappa further clarified on the same, through a video that she posted on her social media handle.

She said, “Hello all, I am completely fine and the rumours of the accident are false. Another actress from the Kannada industry of the name Rekha Sindhu is said to have met with an accident and is dead. I am in Sringeri getting the blessings of God. I have been receiving a lot of calls regarding this accident rumour and this video is just to clarify that it is not true.”
