Recently, Suriya and Jyotika met a few lucky fans over a virtual zoom meeting. When a fan asked about his ‘Soorarai Pottru’, Suriya said “Soorarai Pottru is a film that is close to my heart. There are 2 songs from the movie, which we will release in sometime. It has shaped up really well.”

Speaking about the release of the movie, Suriya said “Nothing like a Theatrical release, I am eagerly waiting to watch the movie in a Theatre, looking forward to it". Looks like this much awaited movie will definitely have a theatrical run, before hitting the OTT platforms. 

‘Soorarai Pottru’ stars Suriya and Aparna Balamurali in lead roles, along with  Dr.M Mohan Babu, Paresh Rawal, Urvashi, Karunas, Vivek Prasanna, Krishna Kumar, Kaali Venkat playing crucial roles.
