ACTOR/POLITICIAN KARUNAS ARRESTED

Actor turned politician Karunas was reportedly arrested today (September 23) morning at his residence in Saligramam, Chennai. According to reports, the ADMK MLA has been taken into police custody for making derogatory comments against Tamil Nadu Cheif Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami and Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam.

A few days back, the actor was booked by the Chennai city police for the controversial speech he made at Valluvar Kottam, Chennai against the Chief Minister on the 20th of September.

According to the reports, Karunas was arrested today around 5 am in the morning and a large number of policemen were deployed at his residence.
