Earlier, Dulquer Salmaan was said to be teaming up with acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, for Manmarziyaan, a new triangular love story, also starring Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee. But, now, it looks like Abhishek Bachchan has replaced DQ in that role.
 

This film will be produced by director Aanand.L.Rai's banner Colour Yellow Productions. The Raanjhanaa director officially tweeted about the project, with a new picture, saying, "Her heart was wild, but I didn’t want to catch it, I wanted to run with it, to set mine free-atticus  #Manmarziyaan 🤗Too excited to be part of this fabulous team. @juniorbachchan @taapsee @vickykaushal09 @anuragkashyap72"
