Japanese media reports that young professional WWE champ Hana Kimura who was also seen in Netflix’s Terrace House was found dead at her home. It is to be noted that the 22-year-old rising star has been an object of many an online abuse over her role in the show which revolved over three men and three women temporarily living together at a shared house in Tokyo. Terrace House has been temporarily suspended owing to the coronavirus pandemic.
Her death was confirmed by her organisation Stardom Wrestling. It is being said that investigations are going on. “We are very sorry to report that our Hana Kimura has passed away,” the organisation said in a statement.

The star had recently posted a photo of herself and her cat, with a message saying “Goodbye.” Another post carried a message “I love you, live long and happy. I’m sorry.”
Her death has triggered a wave of messages on social media against anonymous bullying and hateful messages. WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley condemned her death and stressed that ‘Online bullying should not be part of life.’
