Vineeth Sreenivasan is an acclaimed director in Malayalam and the latest announcement about his next film has incited a lot of curiosity. The film titled as Jacobinte Swargarajyam appears to be a casting coup of sorts with Nivin Pauly, director Gautham Vasudev Menon and Lakshmy Ramakrishnan on board.
Explaining on what made her accept the film, an excited Lakshmy says, “The hero-director team of Nivin Pauly and Vineeth Sreenivasan is the most happening one in Malayalam and it was too good an offer to refuse. I was very impressed with the way Vineeth narrated the script. He is very humble, rooted and simple. Since I am done with Ammani and am only in the scripting stage of my next film, I had time and accepted the project. More so, having done more than 40 films and some notable ones like VTV, Eeram, Nadodigal and Naan Mahaan Alla, I don’t want to lose touch with acting because it is something I love”.
Jacobinte Swargarajyam will commence from November and the major portion of the shooting is said to take place in the Middle East with a few portions to be shot in Kerala.
