AFTER 8 YEARS, AJITH IS AT IT AGAIN ...

Now it is more than certain that Ajith Kumar’s Vedalam will hit the screens 10 days from today, on the 10th of November, exactly on the Diwali day, along with Kamal Haasan’s Thoongavanam.

If the film releases on the foresaid date, it would be Ajith's second release of the year after Yennai Arindhaal. Of late Ajith has been giving sufficient gaps between his projects. Not that he delays purposely, it just happened that way.

When was the last time he had 2 releases in a year (as a hero)? It was 8 years back in 2007, when he had three releases Aalwar, Kireedom and Billa.
