திரைத்துறையில் அடுத்தடுத்து நிகழும் பிரபலங்களின் மரண சம்பவங்கள் பொதுமக்களையும் திரைப் பிரபலங்களையும் சோகத்தில் ஆழ்த்தியுள்ளது. அண்மையில் பாடகர் எஸ்.பி.பி, இயக்குநர் எஸ்.பி.ஜனநாதன், நடிகர் விவேக், இயக்குநர் தாமிரா என அடுத்தடுத்த சோகங்கள் மீளாத் துயரில் ஆழ்த்தியுள்ளன. 

இதனை வெளிப்படுத்தி பிரபலங்கள் பலரும் கே.வி.ஆனந்த்தின் மறைவுக்கு இரங்கல்கள் தெரிவித்து வருகின்றனர். கனா கண்டேன் படத்தில் ஒளிப்பதிவாளராக அறிமுகமான கே.வி.ஆனந்த் தொடர்ந்து  பாய்ஸ், முதல்வன், சிவாஜி உள்ளிட்ட படங்களுக்கும் ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்துள்ளார்.  இவரது மறைவுக்கு பிரபலங்கள் இரங்கல்கள் தெரிவித்து வருகின்றனர்.
