Massive sea wave that splashed towards clouds stuns people - Researchers reveal the science behind it!
Home > News Shots > World newsA video of a huge sea wave crashing into a cloud has gone viral on social media.
Three-quarters of the world is surrounded by the sea. However, human love for the sea is not the only downfall. Because of this, people are taking videos of the sea, the beach and the ocean in various ways and posting them on social web sites. Someone shared on social media a video of such a huge wave splashing in the cloud, and that video has now gone viral.
In this video one of the highest rising sea waves, rubbing against the cloud. Thus the scattering of the cloud is enormous to watch. Did the ocean wave really bounce off the cloud? Or the work of any editors? Researchers say the video is real and the clouds in it are not real.
What if this ocean is not a cloud? Analysts who answer the question, say it is sea aerosol (SSA). That is, seawater evaporates, forming dense clouds slightly above sea level. It contains salts.
This video shows the vast ocean wave scattering silk in such a sea aerosol. These SSA particles scatter radiation from the sun. It also acts as a protective shield for marine life.
7.5 lakh people have watched this video so far. Initially, it was believed that the video was fake, but now researchers are baffled by the reason behind this rare event.
