WATCH | Headmaster Forces Primary School Students To Smoke As Punishment

In a bizarre incident, elementary school students from a school in West Java, Indonesia, were forced by their teacher to smoke cigarettes as punishment for underage smoking.

The group of boys - around 11 of them in total - were seen lighting up in the playground of their primary school. They were dragged into the headmaster's office where they waited nervously, expecting a severe telling off plus letters home to their parents.

But in a bizarre turn of events, headmaster Tati Maelati lined up the pupils and handed them each several cigarettes, which he then made them chain smoke in his office. The video of the punishment has now gone viral on social media.

One of the school teachers filmed the students taking puffs while other students can be heard laughing and giggling. The strange punishment sparked outrage from the parents who angrily demanded to see the headmaster.
