Video: Discharged Coronavirus Patient Gets Dragged Back Into Hospital During LIVE Interview
Home > News Shots > World newsIn a shocking and astonishing case, a coronavirus patient was dragged back into hospital by staff while he was interviewed on live TV. As the outbreak of the virus is affecting other parts of the countries- first cases hit Holland and Nigeria.
In a video which is currently going viral, an Iranian man can be seen thanking the people of Georgia and the doctors for treating him. Seconds after that, a hospital staff dragged him back into the Tbilisi hospital.
The journalists present there were shocked to see what happened as they were expecting to hear from a medical official but were surprised when the patient came out.
In the viral footage, the man can be seen saying: "I am so happy. Thank you very (much), people of Georgia. Thank you very (much), thank you so very (much). Hospital, doctors in hospital Georgia. This hospital is perfect and professional."
According to Daily Mail reports, the man was later taken to the Georgian town of Abastumani where patients are being quarantined.
As per the recent updates, more than 82,000 people across the world have been infected with the virus and 2,800 have died so far.
