The abrogation of Article 370 that had withdrawn the special status given to Jammu and Kashmir continues to have a larger impact on the subcontinent nation. While Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan claimed himself as the ambassador to protect the rights of Kashmiris, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi declared Pakistan's stand where the country is ready to face every kind of war.

As per ANI, On August 27 (Monday), Qureshi addressed a ceremony at Islamabad in Pakistan. He was quoted as saying "India had put the regional peace and stability at risk by illegally revoking" the special status of Jammu and Kashmir in the ARY News report.

Further, he said that India could do anything to divert the attention of the world and involve in human rights violation.  Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan cautioned that India and Pakistan were nuclear powers and there would be an effect on the entire World if a war broke out between both the countries.

Qureshi reiterated that Pakistan is ready for war but both the regions would be affected as they were nuclear powers. However, he stressed that they were using diplomatic, political and legal options to resolve the Kashmir issue and have planned to raise the concern at the annual meeting of the United Nations General Assembly in New York next month.
