After being slammed and criticized, KFC apologised to the common people.

According to The Guardian reports, the apology was issued after an Australian group labelled the ad as “a regression to tired and archaic stereotypes where young women are sexually objectified for male pleasure”.

This Australian group campaigns against the objectification of women. In the controversial video, a young woman can be seen checking her reflection in the windows of a parked car. She did not realize that anyone would be inside the vehicle.

As soon as she adjusts her low-cut top, the window lowers down to show the boys staring at the woman with their mouth open. While an older woman, who is also inside the car looks annoyed from the driver’s seat.

Before the ad can zoom on her top, the younger woman can be seen checking out how her bottom is in a very short playsuit, all this takes place in the video.

This ad is currently making headlines for the wrong reason. It has also been showcased on television and has been shared on YouTube channel. Meanwhile, KFC in an apology said that: "We apologise if anyone was offended by our latest commercial. Our intention was not to stereotype women and young boys in a negative light.”

After the apology, KFC has not confirmed if it will stop using the ad. Watch the video below:
