Don't have sex with World Cup guests, Russian women told

Russian lawmaker Tamara Pletneva has commented saying that Russian women should refrain from having sex with those visiting for World Cup to avoid becoming single mothers with mixed-race children.

The lawmaker cited 1980 Moscow Olympics, which led to some women getting pregnant with foreigners.

When asked if World Cup could boost Russia's birthrate, Pletneva said, "We should be giving birth to our own children."
