Bomb for World War II found near Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant
Home > World newsAccording to reports, a bomb allegedly belonging to the Second World War period has been found on the premises of Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant. The explosive which is 85-cm-long was believed to have been dropped by the US during the war and was reportedly discovered by workers constructing a parking lot close to the facility's reactors. Notably, the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011 is considered as the world's second worst which claimed around 8,000 lives.
