At least 257 killed in Algeria plane crash: Reports

Algerian state television has reportedly confirmed that at least 257 people on board a Russian-made military plane were killed after the aircraft crashed near the Boufarik airbase outside the capital Algiers on Wednesday. Reports suggest that 26 members of the Polisario Front, a separatist movement in West Sahara, were onboard the  Ilyushin Il-76 which crashed on a farmland.
