14-year-old boy kills 5 members of his family including 6-month-old baby!

A 14-year-old boy in Alabama, USA, has allegedly confessed to killing his family members in a homicide, reports CNN. The boy reportedly shot his family using a handgun.

He shot his 38-year-old father, 35-year-old step mother, 6-year-old step brother, 5-year-old step sister, and 6-month-old step brother. The motive of the homicide is yet to be ascertained.

Police said that the boy "could face adult charges of multiple counts of murder and/or capital murder." The boy helped the police locate the handgun involved in the homicide. The 9mm handgun was found in the side of a road nearby where it was thrown.

The handgun was in possession of the family, illegally, said police. The homicide happened about 10.30 pm on Monday. While two of the five victims were still alive and airlifted in critical condition, they were later declared dead.
