Major boost for HCL

The software firm HCL Technologies has reportedly acquired an independently operated subsidiary of Merck & Co known as C3i Solutions for $60 million. Reports say, this move will improve the life sciences and consumer services sector in the Indian IT firm and strengthen their position as leading technology solutions.
