Tamil Nadu Police arrests a rowdy using drone camera - details!

A rowdy, who was hiding in the pool, was arrested by the police with the help of a drone.

Zakul Hameed hails from Tenkasi district. Various criminal cases are pending against him. And so, the police were actively searching for him. Knowing this, Zakul suddenly disappeared and was hiding in the Pancha Nayakan Pothai pond area near Tenkasi. It is said that he had intimidated the shepherds and the women who came there to bath.

Meanwhile, a man named Peer Mohammad, who went to graze his goats, was said to have been attacked with weapons. Following this, the police rushed to nab Zakul. But he had already run away from there and was hiding in the pond area.

On the instructions of Tenkasi District Superintendent of Police - Krishna Raj and Tenkasi Sub-Divisional Superintendent of Police - Manimaran, Tenkasi Police Inspector Balamurugan sought the permission to arrest Zakul. The Chief Inspector Muthuraj, Mariappan, Crime Branch officer Arul, Karthik, Alexander, Ponraj and Saundaraj immediately went to the Pancha Nayakan Pothai area with a drone camera.

With the help of the drone camera, they searched the entire Pancha Nayakan Pothai pond. It was then discovered that Zakul was lurking in the middle of the pond hiding amongst the waterlogged plants. The police then issued a warning and Hameed realised that he was trapped,so he dropped his weapons and surrendered to the police. The arrest of this rowdy with a drone camera has caused a sensation in the area and the people are appreciating the police department to come up with such an idea.
