Tattoo designer dies over dog barking issue - details!

The young man has been shocked by the problem of dog barking.

Arivazhagan and Amutha  hail from Rajagopal Bhupathi Street under Kanchipuram Corporation. They have a daughter Saumiya and a son Charan Singh. Charan Singh runs a tattoo shop in the area and a restaurant in the Mandi Street area in the evening.

In this case Vishnu is living in front of Charan Singh's house. He has a dog in his house. Charan Singh's family complained to Vishnu that while returning home after finishing his night shift, he is unable to get inside and sleep peacefully as the dog keeps barking.

This is said to have been the cause of quarrels between the two families for the past three days. In this context Vishnu, along with his mother Chitra and brother Siva had a fight with the Charan Singh family last night. Knowing this, Charan Singh came home quickly from the restaurant.

It is said that Charan Singh was attacked by Vishnu with sharp weapons. He was rushed to the Kanchipuram Government Hospital. Charan Singh succumbed to his injuries there. Police have registered a case and arrested Vishnu, his mother Chitra and brother Siva. The incident in which a young man died due to a problem related to dog barking has caused a stir in the area.
