Passengers trapped in lift at Nungambakkam railway station for 2 hours

The incident at Nungambakkam railway station where the lift suddenly got stuck and the passengers were trapped has caused a stir.

Of these 14 passengers who were trapped, there were a one-and-a-half-year-old child, women and men. After about 2 hours of fighting all were safely rescued. Thus, there was great excitement in the area. And now, the railway authorities are investigating the main cause of the malfunction of lift.
