Woman Travelling To Chennai Dies Mid-Air Due To Cardiac Arrest

The passenger has been identified as N. Nazaruddin Nisha, who was flying from Kolkata to Chennai, when she complained of chest pain.
As per Deccan Chronicle report, after the woman complained to the staff in the flight, the pilot alerted the Chennai air control and made an emergency landing at the Chennai airport.
The woman was accompanied by her husband, who has been identified as Nausak Ansari. They were both heading to Chennai for a medical check.
When media contacted airport sources, they asserted that the woman complained of chest pain and suffered a cardiac arrest mid-air.
When the plane landed, the woman was motionless in her seat. Her husband as well as airport staff tried to wake her up but she didn't.
Meanwhile, the flight staff called the airport manager who summoned the medical emergency team. They reached the spot on an immediate call. After reaching, the team checked the woman and declared that she had died due to cardiac arrest.
Further investigations are on in this matter.
