Tamizhaga Vazhvurimai Katchi leader T Velmurugan on Thursday reportedly said that IPL matches will not be allowed to happen in Tamil Nadu until the Cauvery Management Board is constituted. Demanding to relocate the IPL matches in Tamil Nadu to other states, Velmurugan threatened to lay siege to Neyveli Lignite Corporation and the houses of its officials, reports added.
