‘Get ready Folks,’ Reservation Dates for Diwali Special Buses Announced

It is a known fact that a huge number of people have shifted to Chennai to seek professional work experience and every year occasions like Diwali and Pongal seem to be their most expected vacation to visit their respective places across Tamil Nadu.
Reportedly, a total number of 10, 940 buses have been prepared to operate from Chennai to other places and the bookings will start from October 24 (Thursday) and last until October 26 (Saturday). Further, 8,310 buses will be operated between other districts in Tamil Nadu.
After the festival occasion, a total of 4, 627 buses will be operated from other places to Chennai while 6, 921 buses will run between places outside Chennai. The reservations for the return journey will start from October 27 (Sunday) and end on October 30 ( Wednesday) People can make use of websites such as www.tnsc.in, www.redbus.in, www.paytm.com and www.busindia.com to reserve the tickets.
Well, meanwhile Tamil Nadu Government has announced an additional holiday for Diwali which falls on October 28 (Monday). For those who would have had disappointment over Diwali falling on Sunday, the 3 day holiday would be a big relief.
