A 42-year-old man who jumped off a moving bus in an inebriated condition demanding the formation of Cauvery management board reportedly died failing to respond to treatment at Tirunelveli Medical College and Hospital (TVMCH) on Monday. According to a TOI report, he was returning after taking part in the protests by DMK on April 5 from Tirunelveli to Kovaikulam when he decided to take the extreme step.
