COVID-19 in TN: District Wise Breakup, Total Positive Cases, Deaths and Recoveries as on Sept 30

The following is the COVID-19 statistics that has been shared by the Health Department of Tamil Nadu:
- Total number of active cases on date (including isolation) - 46,263.
- Total number of Male/Female/Transgender tested positive till date – 3,60,729 / 2,36,842 / 31.
- Total number of functioning COVID-19 testing facilities – 186 (66 Govt + 120 Private).
- Total Number of samples tested by RT-PCR till date – 73,54,050.
- Total number of samples tested today – 86,928.
- Total number of persons tested by RT-PCR till date – 71,35,878.
- Total number of persons tested today – 85,058.
- Total number of patients discharged following treatment till date– 5,41,819.
- Total number of patients discharged following treatment today – 5,610.
- Total number of deaths today / till date - 67 (21 Private & 46 Govt) / total 9,520.
