COVID-19 in TN: District Wise Breakup, Total Positive Cases, Deaths and Recoveries as on Sept 20

The following is the COVID-19 statistics that has been shared by the Health Department of Tamil Nadu:
- Total number of active cases on date (including isolation) - 46,703.
- Total number of Male/Female/Transgender tested positive till date – 3,26,699 / 2,15,264 / 30.
- Total number of functioning COVID-19 testing facilities –174 (66 Govt + 108 Private).
- Total Number of samples tested by RT-PCR till date – 64,74,656.
- Total number of samples tested today – 86,073.
- Total number of persons tested by RT-PCR till date – 62,74,931.
- Total number of persons tested today – 84,338.
- Total number of patients discharged following treatment till date– 4,86,479.
- Total number of patients discharged following treatment today – 5,206.
- Total number of deaths today / till date - 60 (22 Private & 38 Govt) / total 8,811.
