TN Records Another Rise of COVID-19 Cases Today: Check Positive Cases, Death And Recoveries As On July 27 

Tamil Nadu on Monday, July 27, reported 6,993 new cases of COVID-19, taking the total number of cases in the state to 2,20,716.  

The following is the COVID-19 statistics of Tamil Nadu as of July 27:

- Total number of active cases on date (including isolation) -    54,896 

- Total number of Male/Female/Transgender tested positive till date –   1,33,930 / 86,763 / 23  

- Total number of functioning COVID-19 testing facilities –117 (58 Govt + 59 Private) 

- Total number of samples tested till date –   24,14,713 

- Total number of samples tested today –  63,250   

- Total number of persons tested till date – 23,24,080 

- Total number of persons tested today –  61,342 

- Total number of patients discharged following treatment till date– 1,62,249 

- Total number of patients discharged following treatment today – 5,723 

- Total number of deaths today / till date - 77 (27 Private & 50 Govt) / total 3,571
