COVID-19 in TN Today: Positive Cases, Deaths And Recoveries As On July 11 

Tamil Nadu on Saturday, July 11, reported 3,965 new cases of COVID-19, taking the total number of cases in the state to 1,34,226. 

The following is the COVID-19 statistics of Tamil Nadu as of July 11:

- Total number of active cases on date (including isolation) -   46,410* 

- Total number of Male/Female/Transgender tested positive till date – 81,992 / 52,212/22  

- Total number of functioning COVID-19 testing facilities –102 (53 Govt + 49 Private) 

- Total number of samples tested till date –    15,66,917 

- Total number of samples tested today –  37,825    

- Total number of persons tested till date –  15,00,909 

- Total number of persons tested today – 36,628 

- Total number of patients discharged following treatment till date– 85,915 

- Total number of patients discharged following treatment today – 3,591 

- Total number of deaths today / till date - 69 (18 Private and 51 Govt) / total 1,898
