Burglars broke into a house in Bedarapalli near Hosur in Krishnagiri district and fled with 110 sovereigns of jewellery. The unidentified persons broke the iron bars of the window at the back of the house and entered the house, say reports.

Yuvraj, who was working with a software company in Bengaluru, was living at the house along with his mother Amutheswari. He went to work on Monday and didn’t return home due to workload. As her son didn’t come home, the woman went to her daughter’s house to stay for the night.

Since there was no one at the house, it was easier for the burglars to enter the house. They entered the house after breaking the window at the back of the house and fled with 110 sovereigns of jewellery from the house.

After returning home, the woman found the valuables missing and registered a complaint with the SIPCOT police. The police have filed a case and a hunt has been launched to nab the burglars.
