Single test for Tamil in Class 10 and 12

Tamil Nadu School Education Minister K. A. Sengottaiyan announced that Tamil language paper for Class 10 and 12, which were so far conducted as two parts would be combined into a single test. 

He further announced that mark sheets would be printed on non-tearable papers. 

He also added that government school teachers would be required to clock in attendance using biometric system.
