Security tightened in Marina

Following a protest on Saturday demanding the formation of Cauvery Management Board, it has been reported that the vehicles are not being permitted to enter the service road near Marina beach. The service road has also been closed.

A ban has been imposed for any protests in Marina without prior permission. Police security is beefed up in the beach.
