Holiday due to rain announced for schools in these districts

According to reports, due to heavy rains in the Nilgiris, schools and colleges in the neighbouring districts will get a holiday on Tuesday.

Rain in the Nilgiris district has been pouring continuously without ceasing. The district collector officially announced a holiday for schools and colleges in Cuddalore, Pandalur and Coonoor on Tuesday. 

Reportedly, it was also announced by the Coimbatore Collector TN  Hariharan that schools in the city will also be getting a holiday on Tuesday due to incessant rains.
