The Supreme Court on Monday reportedly directed the central government to submit a draft on how it will form the SC-ordered scheme to facilitate the water-sharing between Karnataka and Tamil Nadu on May 3. The top court reportedly rebuked the Centre for not following its orders on the issue within the deadline.
