Latest Update; Tentative ‘Date of Rajinikanth's Political Entry’ Revealed!

The most celebrated Super Star of Indian cinema, Rajinikanth had announced his plans to enter politics on December 31, 2017, and since then, his ardent fans have been waiting for his full-fledged political innings.

Meanwhile, there was speculation that Rajnikanth would be appointed as the state leader of BJP after Tamilisai was promoted as the Governor of Telengana. However, the sources make it clear that Rajini is not going to represent BJP and he didn't even receive such an offer.

As per News Today one of the sources close to Rajinikanth was quoted as saying, “There was no such offer from the BJP and even if it was made, Rajinikanth would have denied it straight away. He is not even a primary member of the party. Remember what the superstar said on 31 December 2017. He said that his entry into politics is certain and it is the compulsion of time. He promised to float his own party ahead of 2021 elections and is determined to win the polls. Hence, he floated Rajini Makkal Manram and enrolment of members are on. Office-bearers are also appointed at all levels.”

The sources further confirmed that Rajinikanth is speeding up the process of his political entry and it is 70% completed. Therefore, he may give a surprise announcement on any day in ‘January 2020’ to all his fans, thus informing them to prepare for 2021 Tamil Nadu general elections. Reports also reveal that over 60 lakhs people have joined Rajini Makkal Mandram till date.
