VIDEO: "Everything is acting in Life," Rajinikanth in an Interview after 24 years

Rajinikanth is now the icon of Indian cinema after receiving the icon of the Golden Jubilee Award at the 50th edition of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) which was held at Panaji, Goa.  Earlier, we had reported about Rajinikanth's exclusive interview to DD India and DD News channel after 24 years. As per the announcement the interview aired on November 21 (Thursday).

As always, Rajinikanth could be seen in his casual mannerisms with full of calm and cool attitude while having a conversation with the host. In what appeared to be a brief throwback of his life, Rajini shared about his acting career, friends and the need to satisfy his fans through films. Some of the clips surfaced on the microblogging site revealed Rajinikanth's quick answer to notable questions.

Question: You are a friend to your friends, You are an actor to all of us, you are a father to your children, you are an husband to your wife. How is that part of Rajinikanth different from what we see?

Rajinikanth: Everything is acting in life (laughs). Not acting before camera. Off camera everything is acting. But you have to act properly. You have to do the dual characters sincerely.

Rajinikanth also described himself as just an actor when asked, "Are you a legend or phenomena?". The Superstar further talked about the love of his fans and that he always tries to give back only through his films for them to enjoy.
