The corporation of Cheena has reportedly received as many as 2,977 complaints since the launch of the Namma Chennai app in late January this year. Numerous complaints were voiced in the app, which was launched to give citizens a faster means to file their concerns.
However, according to TOI, people are not all that satisfied with the app as it closes the complaint even before a solution was given.
