Man sends rat poison to AIADMK MP over Cauvery dispute

A man from Kinathukadavu in Coimbatore district sent a letter along with rat poison to Pollachi MP Mahendran alleging that the AIADMK government failed to put pressure on the Centre to form the Cauvery Management Board. Periyar Mani, an activist, in his letter, reportedly said, “All the 37 MPs should resolve people’s issues at least by committing suicide. I’ve sent rat poison to help you.”
