Man gets 14-year-old pregnant, tries to silence her with money

A 32-year-old married man from Krishnagiri reportedly assaulted a class 9 student and got her pregnant. The accused even tried to silence her by offering Rs 3 lakh as compensation.

Aasaithambi lives with his six-month pregnant wife in Krishnagiri district. Reportedly, he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl and got her pregnant. The victim's parents requested Aasaithambi to marry the victim, to which he refused. He reportedly stated that he will offer Rs 3 lakh using which she can get an abortion.

Enraged by his words, the victim's parents hit Aasaithambi, following which he fled the scene. The victim's parents alleged that they have filed a complaint at a nearby police station, but no action is being taken.
