According to reports, it has been announced on Monday that language exams for class 11 and 12 will no longer consist of two papers. Originally, class 11 and 12 State Board students needed to write two separate language papers equating to a total of 200 marks.
It was announced by the Tamil Nadu government that language will no longer be conducted in two papers. Both the papers will be combined and the students will only have to write one single exam. Reportedly, the move will be put into action from this year itself.
