Writing a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah reportedly stated that Karnataka strongly opposes the formation of the Cauvery Management Board. He said that it is not legally right to form the Cauvery Management Board and that the Supreme Court did not advise on forming it.
